Dan assures me this is normal for boys. Girls just don't do stuff like this. I was a little freaked out.

Kinda Scary
I went to pull down the covers in Dylan's room the other day and this is what I found...
Sweet, sweet girl!
Kaitlyn just may be the sweetest little girl I know! Right after I had my surgery, she made me this card...
and here is the inside...
Thank you Kaitlyn! I love you!

Bye Bye Preschool!
Kaitlyn is no longer technically in preschool. Seriously, she'll tell you. She has 'graduated' from preschool and is now in summer camp, which will be followed by Pre-K. All at the same school, with the same teachers, and the same kids. But it's technically not preschool. As explained to me by Kaitlyn, Dylan is in preschool, she is in Pre-K. HUGE difference!
Her amazing teachers and some of the other parents arranged for an end of the year party at one of her classmates houses. I unfortunately could not attend, but they rented a couple water things and it looks like they all had a blast. Each kid was also presented with a diploma and a medal of achievement. I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this school and the amount of effort the teachers (and parents) put into making sure their kids are getting the very best experience. Thank you Weekday School!

Good Morning.
Don't you just love it when you wake up before your alarm? A whole hour before your alarm?
And don't you just love it that the reason you are waking up an hour before your alarm is because your darling, recently potty-trained son is telling you in a very sweet voice that he has to go potty and that "there might be poo-poo" in his underpants?
And don't you just love it when your husband is out of town so you can't pull the "I just had back surgery, can you please take care of this" card?
And don't you just love it that when you get your darling son to the bathroom, he does indeed have poo-poo in his underpants? Squishy, gooshy poo-poo that has for all intensive purposes has rendered his underpants toxic waste that you actually have to throw away because there is no hope of ever cleaning? The kind of poo-poo that won't just let you wipe it off, but insists that you put your darling son into the shower to attempt to clean him?
All before the alarm went off.
I'll spare you all a picture. Hope everyone had a good morning.

The Climber is Open!
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Children's Museum of Phoenix (aka The Kid Museum, as we call it), do yourself a favor and go check it out. It's AMAZING! Anyway, the long awaited Climber is now open and Grandma Charlene & Grandpa Yo-Yo took the kids to see it on the grand opening. I can't wait to go myself, it looks like so much fun! And of course the rest of the museum is always a blast as well.

A Real Beard & Mustache
Remember a while back I put up a post about Dylan's beard and mustache conversation? Well, we've still been having it and we decided to see what our little guy would look like with them. I love how a little bit of eyeliner and a few minutes of free time can be so darn amusing. And Kaitlyn looks pretty cute as a little cat. I couldn't convince her to try out the facial hair.
